If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

• Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Policy) refers to Innovative Public School, Karhariya, Balidih, Bokaro Seel City, Jharkhand 827010 .
• Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
• Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
• Service refers to the Website.
• Website refers to Innovative public school, accessible from https://innovativejainamore.org.
• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

Technical issue : In case of any technical issue due to which the payment gets deducted from the payer’s account and does not show in our official ERP but the payment gateway service clearly mentions the confirmed settlement thereafter the School’s account receives the payment. We manually submit the payment in our ERP. It should take 7-10 working days for the payment to be credited in School’s account.
 
 Multiple Payments Case :
 
 If double payment happens and the payment gateway service clearly mentions it, the School will adjust the amount to the next month fee as per Payer’s request.
 
 Other Payments Case : In all other cases where there is a discrepancy in the fee paid, the parent has to directly contact the School office and the School’s decision would be final.
